Bread Masala recipe/How to make bread masala

Bread masala is quick and easy snacks with leftover breads. It is a snacks recipe where kids will love this bread masala. I have not used any sauce in this bread masala recipe. I have given you the recipe using masala powders in home. It just takes 15 min to cook.You can also add veggies to the bread. I have given you step by step pictorial recipe. Now lets look into the recipe.

Ingredients:

  • Bread 6 slices
  • Onion
  • Tomato
  • Curry leaves
  • Mustard seeds
  • Cumin seeds
  • Green Chilli
  • Chilli powder
  • Garam masala
  • Turmeric powder
  • Ginger
  • Garlic
  • Salt

Instruction:

  1. Cut bread slices into pieces
  2. Toast the bread pieces in a pan after 2 min of toasting keep it aside
  3. Heat pan with some oil
  4. Add mustard seed, cumin seeds ,curry leaves ,Small piece of chopped ginger and garlic
  5. Add 1 Chopped onion
  6. Add 1 sliced tomato
  7. Add 1/2 tsp of turmeric powder , 1 tsp of chilli powder, 1/2 tsp of garam masala
  8. Add the toasted bread slices and cook for 2 min
  9. Your bread masala is ready.

Cut bread slices into small pieces and toast in a pan

Heat oil in a pan and add mustard seed, cumin seeds ,curry leaves ,Small piece of chopped ginger and garlic

Add one chopped onion

Add one chopped tomato

Add 1/2 tsp of turmeric powder , 1 tsp of chilli powder, 1/2 tsp of garam masala and pinch of salt

Add in the bread pieces and cook for 2 min. Your Bread masala is ready
